Palm City, FL – September 29, 2025 – GreatFlorida Insurance is proud to announce the opening of its newest franchise location in Juno Beach, owned and operated by industry veterans Kris Cowles and George Tamasi. This expansion marks another step in GreatFlorida’s mission to deliver trusted, client-focused insurance solutions across Florida.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in financial services and insurance, Kris Cowles leads the Juno Beach office with an extensive background in investment management and executive leadership.
He previously held Regional Vice President roles with Invesco Funds, ING, and Allianz. Since relocating to South Florida in 2017, Cowles has successfully built and led client-focused insurance firms, including Global Health Benefits LLC and Medigap Plans of America LLC. A Tequesta resident, he and his wife Jamie are raising four children in the community they proudly call home.
