A third-generation insurance agent with over 16 years of industry experience, McHugh brings deep expertise and a strong reputation for excellence to the GreatFlorida network. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a top-performing agent with highly rated insurance carriers and has served on agency advisory councils, demonstrating both leadership and industry insight.
Born and raised in the area and a graduate of Florida State University, McHugh is deeply rooted in the North Palm Beach community. His approach centers on building long-term relationships and ensuring clients are properly protected—not simply finding the lowest price.
