With a combined 30+ years of experience in both the agency and carrier sides of the insurance industry, Maria and Roxana bring a wealth of knowledge, heart, and dedication to their new venture.<\/p>\n

Maria Munoz began her insurance career in 2001 as a secretary at an Allstate office. Her drive and natural connection with clients quickly propelled her into a licensed agent role, and for 16 years she thrived within independent agencies. Maria later transitioned to the carrier side, first as a claims adjuster and eventually as a marketing representative for Kemper Auto, where she served for five years. Her diverse background offers a full-spectrum perspective that now fuels her leadership as a GreatFlorida Franchise Owner.<\/p>\n

Roxana Mendoza brings 12 years of industry expertise, starting as a customer service representative and swiftly becoming a licensed agent. After nearly a decade on the agency side, she expanded her skill set as a commercial auto underwriter. Her passion for helping and educating clients was the driving force behind co-founding the agency with her sister Maria, uniting their talents to deliver outstanding service to their community.<\/p>\n
