\u201cThe awards highlight a single vehicle in each class that provides consumers with the best combination of quality and value,\u201d commented the magazine. Quality is measured by the overall score a vehicle has earned on the basis of safety and reliability, as well as a consensus of the opinions from industry experts. Value is measured by a combination of a vehicle\u2019s five year cost of ownership and the average price paid for the vehicle.<\/p>\n
