Getting your home ready to sell might require renovations that
\ncan boost your home\u2019s value. Most buyers are interested in a home that is clean
\nwith modern updates, that is move-in ready. But before you empty your wallet
\nrenovating, it is important to know which renovations yield the highest return
\nfor the money.<\/p>\n

Remodeling<\/a> magazine comes out with an annual Cost vs. Value<\/a> report, where they examine the cost of popular home renovations versus the return on investment (ROI) at resale. <\/p>\n

Here are the top home renovation projects that deliver the highest returns according to the 2019 Cost vs. Value<\/a> report for the South Atlantic region.<\/p>\n

Deck addition<\/strong> (wood)- 74.8 percent cost

Window and sliding door replacements, along with asphalt
