If there was a way to provide ten stars, I would. In contacting Melissa as a new resident and homeowner of South Florida there were so many unknowns. Melissa knows Insurance and the many layers and ins and outs. We came to her with a policy that had been cancelled at no fault of our own as it should have never been written in the first place. Her knowledge base and ability to also think outside of the box in order to assist in lowering our annual premiums is over the top. Her entire team is extremely responsive. We cannot thank them enough for all their assistance and patience with us.

I am very grateful for the super professional attention I received from Raposso. I generally do not leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so after receiving such top-notch customer service! When Gloria, an employee, first gave me the quote, I wanted to compare it with other companies. The first one I called, no one answered. The second, they asked me to leave my number but they never called me back. The third company the person who answered the phone did not speak English and could not find someone who spoke English to come on the phone. He asked me to send an email with my phone number in order to be able to assist me. As you can imagine, these experiences were totally frustrating! I share these to illustrate the lack of professionalism of other insurance companies that try to compete with Raposso! Raposso, on the other hand, is a company that truly cares about their clients. They not only show great professionalism but also kindness. I highly recommend this company that put their clients first!
