In 2007, Francisco Ortiz embarked on his journey in the insurance industry, starting as a sales representative with AIG. The following year, he smoothly transitioned to a Customer Service representative role when AIG was acquired by Farmers Insurance.
During this period, Francisco’s unwavering dedication and commitment were recognized with the Service Excellence Award, a testament to his passion for serving clients.
In 2019, Francisco achieved a significant milestone in his career by becoming a Farmers Agent. Over the four years he has been a part of the Farmers Insurance team, he consistently earned a place in the Toppers Club, showcasing his commitment to excellence.
However, the pinnacle of his achievements came in 2021 when Francisco and his team were honored with the prestigious President’s Council, the highest recognition bestowed upon any Farmers Agent.
This recognition reflects not only his dedication but also his ability to deliver top-notch service to his clients.
