Zaytsev’s background spans a wide range of roles across the insurance landscape, including agency ownership and leadership positions with nationally recognized companies such as Allstate, Farmers Insurance, Swyfft, Ethos, and Ladder. Her experience has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of how to tailor insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and business owners.
A graduate with a degree in International Business and a minor in Finance, Zaytsev has always been driven by a passion for building meaningful relationships and helping others navigate important financial and insurance decisions with clarity and confidence.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Zaytsev is a devoted mother of two sons and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes time at the beach, biking, skiing, reading, and playing mahjong. Her strong family values and community focus are central to the way she approaches both her business and client relationships.
