I had some very complicated issues happening with my policy that I will not even try to explain but Ivy never gave up on helping me get to the bottom of it I was stressing out over this so bad and had no clue how to fix it Ivy is amazing and put sooooo much hard work into helping me nobody else would have put half the effort that she did she deserves broker of the year award I will stay with her forever and recommend her to everyone thank you so much

My car insurance was needing to be renewed shortly after Hurricane Milton hit our area of Florida. Great Florida Insurance found me a new provider, arranged for payment and assisted me in completing the documentation painlessly. This was while I was travelling from England to Florida. All was in place for my arrival in Florida. Outstanding service especially when also dealing with the aftermath of a devastating hurricane.

Darlene and Jill won't let you down. I know right now they are extremely busy but they came through with a new policy after I was suddenly dropped. I really appreciate their efforts in this bad insure Florida climate.

Like a lot of new homeowners in Florida I was unfamiliar with the local insurance marketplace. A friend who’d owned his own insurance agency in Minnesota and moved to Venice around the same time I did suggested Darlene and Great Florida Insurance to me as he used the agency himself.
