After being non-renewed by a carrier from a different broker, I was in a panic. Luckily for us, Dustyn and his team at GreatFlorida Insurance made the home owners insurance policy shopping seamless and easy especially in the crazy times in Florida in 2022. The agency provided more options for carriers than most others could. Dustyn is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, organized, professional and responds promptly in a thoughtful, reassuring manner. He explained all options for insurance coverages in great detail and again explained it to family members as well to make sure we were making the wisest choices. Throughout the process, Dustyn was patient with us and went above and beyond even by providing us with recommendations for an electrician and inspector (who were also far beyond excellent) which he pointed out were needed to reinsure the home this year. Dustyn and his entire team communicate effectively and are prompt in their responses. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is so passionate and knowledgeable about keeping their customers protected and insured while making sure to provide the best customer service I have had in years. We wish we found Dustyn long ago and look forward to continuing to do business together for many years to come as he and the entire team at GreatFlorida treat their clients like they are close friends and family. Thank you Dustyn and team for all of your help! 10/10 would recommend!!

I have been working with this agency for several years now and I’m constantly impressed by the level of detail and care they express through their service. There aren’t many companies that I feel are genuinely trying to put their best foot forward to take care of their customers, however, with these guys I feel as if I’m treated like family. There have been numerous times where I needed automotive insurance towards the latter part of a business day and they have always taken care of me. This is why I decided to use them not only for my automotive insurance but also my home insurance. I’m a younger individual so I can also appreciate the fact that they can communicate electronically in an effective manner. Last but certainly not least, Kevyn, the agent whom I’ve been dealing with directly, is always professional, thorough, and patient (especially when I have a ton of questions). Together, this business has earned my trust through their efforts and there is not another agency that I would recommend more.
