First The 2 people upfront do not acknowledging you when you come in 1 is to busy eating popcorn and playing games instead of greating customers.i have been with great Florida insurance for more than 10 years and it's sad to see how it makes me feel not welcomed. I normally don't come in to the office but the several time I have they didn't even acknowledge me . The only reason I stay is the customer service Alma has provided through the years. I am also offended that instead of asking me if I need any assistance when I asked if I needed an appointment the one to the left said no she already knows you are here anyone could have helped I do speak English.. That made me feel like I was being judged for being Hispanic.
