I was rear-ended and had to make a claim with my auto insurance company I’d been a loyal customer with for my entire 46-year driving career; the company didn’t do right by me so I had to find a new one. Brenda was wonderful to work with in every way…she was very patient answering all my questions and explained the process of setting up my new insurance clearly. Change is difficult for me…Brenda helped me with her friendliness and kindness, and provided top notch customer service which I very much appreciated.
