Claudia went above and beyond to help me with a refund that was due to me. I would not have known if not for her phone call. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive to detail. Monica is also great she called me to followup since Claudia was on vacation to make sure I get my refund, how great is that. Great customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them 100%. In other situations like my car insurance Monica told me to wait till time passes and an automobile accident gets off my record.
