I recently asked Brielle to prepare a proposal for a condo insurance policy and while we not able to come to a completed deal, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Brie. She is one of the most responsive agents with whom I have dealt with over my lifetime of buying insurance. She anticipates well and is incredibly responsive and thoughtful in her responses. She is an exemplary agent and highly recommended! My decision not to buy from her had nothing to do with her performance - she was great - I simply found a product which met my needs better.

I was shopping online for a new insurance agency to handle all my insurance needs. I desperately needed flood insurance, as my previous agent forgot to make my flood payment which I provided banking and routing information. In searching for flood insurance, inputting my info. Shortly after Laycee Spenser with Greater Florida Insurance (the Adams Branch) contacted me. I was thrilled. Laycee is very personable, friendly yet professional. Within two weeks my homeowners and auto insurance was transferred to her and now in less than 30 days my flood insurance will be effective, I am very pleased and feel secure and covered with this agent and agency!

I've had an excellent experience with Great Florida Insurance, especially with Nicole Adams. They are very professional, efficient, and of course helpful. Nicole is very knowledgeable and was able to help me save approx $600 in my annual home policy.
