I have struggled for years finding an agent that seems more willing to look after my better interest than that of their own. I recently had the cost of my homeowners shoot up by 98% across a 2 year period. While my current/past agent was too busy telling me it was happening to everybody, instead we were calling ourselves until I was referred to Mr. Peters' Great Florida Ins Agency in Pembroke Pines. Within a day I had competitive quotes that not only reduce my current renewal but even a quote that was better than my policy cost 2 years prior. We are so glad we found him and his agency as my escrow was about to take another major hit. As a side, he found a a competitive flood policy as well so we are saving and have more coverage than the prior year. We are going to move our auto to this agency as well - it will be great to have a trusted single point of contact for auto and home. Very fortunate to find this agency - we highly recommend it!!

Ron has been my agent for over 20 years now and he is still providing top rate customer service with great passion and care! I called him recently regarding an insurance claim disaster I had in my investment property. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and educated me on a great deal of knowledge regarding the insurance business. Many people are selfish with knowledge and usually will not share especially if its nothing in it for them to gain, but Ron is more than an agent...he's a friend who always go above and beyond, giving of his time and expertise to execute excellent customer service and care!

Mr. Peters has been my car and condo insurance agent for the past 10 years providing me with high quality service and saving me money on my insurance policies. He is very experienced and eager to explore and find the best available option. Mr Peters explains the details in an easy to understand way, answer all questions patiently and never seems to be in a rush despite his busy schedule. Recently I received a "non renewal of policy" from my Condo insurance company. I could not understand what was the problem and it was quite upsetting. i was fortunate to have Mr. Peters do the "problem solving". He recently moved to a new location but he had my date on his file. After he called the insurance company, he explained to me the issues involved and suggested the best way to deal with the situation.. He was very reassuring and what he said made perfect sense. I have a peace of mind knowing that I am in good hands. Mr Peters is, indeed, a great Florida insurance agent and a very nice person. I highly recommend him.
