I give Denise Columbus a million and one stars for her rating. Denise went out of her way to be patient and understanding when dealing with an elderly widowed woman. She explained everything in clear and precise words, knowing my late husband took care of these kind of things. She took the time to explain everything in great detail, in a calm professional manor.
